These General Contract Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will govern all contracting of products on the Website between RCDE and the Customer who places an order accepting the General Conditions.

Placing an order through the Website implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these General Conditions and implies (i) that they have been read, understood and agreed to; (ii) that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to contract and assume the obligations contained in the General Conditions.

Likewise, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to the Privacy Policy of the Website, as well as knowing the characteristics and description of the products purchased, expressing their agreement.

These General Conditions will be in force and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the website and until such time as they are modified.

RCDE reserve the right to unilaterally carry out any update, modification or change of the General Conditions that they deem appropriate, of which they will inform the Customer through publication on the Website and from then on will be mandatory for new orders that are made through it. However, RCDE reserve the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner on the website.



In accordance with article 27 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, for Services of Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the process to be followed for purchasing the products offered on the website is detailed.

The purchase procedure may be carried out in Catalan, Spanish, English or Chinese.

Orders can be made by registering as a "Registered Customer", creating a user account.

The Customer whose data is provided at the time of placing an order, or at the time of registration, will be responsible for the veracity, timeliness and accuracy of the personal data provided.


New Registered Users.

In order to register and open a user account, you must click on the "Login to session" icon located at the top and, once inside, click on "create a new account" where you must fill in the requested information.


Access to Registered Users.

In order to access your user account and place an order, you must click on the "Login" icon and then fill in your email and password to log in.

By accessing the account, the Customer, in addition to placing orders, will be able to access information on the status of their orders..


Process to formalise an order.

To place an order, the Customer, whether they have a user account or not, can search for the product in the search engine located at the top right of the screen or select the image of the chosen product. Once the product has been selected, you must click on the image to see its characteristics and description.

The Customer will be able to select the number of units and the quantity per unit of the chosen product.

Next, click on "add to cart" and the product will be placed in the basket to complete the order later. During the order process, the Customer has the possibility of modifying the content of their cart by removing or adding products.

A list of the selected products and the total price with taxes and shipping costs will be obtained. If the Customer agrees, they must click on "Complete purchase". Next, the Customer must fill in or confirm their data, choose their payment method (Payment by card, PayPal or Cryptocurrencies), enter the payment data, click the tabs corresponding to the privacy policy and the general contracting conditions and then click "Place Order." The Customer will see the information about the order placed on their screen and must confirm or cancel it. When confirming the order, the Customer will see the complete data of the purchase order with its corresponding code number, and can print said document and then process the payment through the option chosen from those that are available at any time, in accordance with Section 9. of the General Conditions



The delivery period, unless otherwise established in the order confirmation, will be 4 calendar days from the day after the order is placed. The delivery period may vary depending on the location of the Customer. Check the delivery time outside Spain by contacting

RCDE are not responsible for the delay or non-delivery of the product in cases of force majeure and other unforeseeable events or events beyond the control of RCDE. In such cases, RCDE may cancel or suspend all or part of the agreed deliveries.

The Customer is responsible for the correct environmental management of waste and used packaging.



All prices indicated in the product sheet are net prices without including 21% VAT, and will be expressed in EUROS (€). The price, unless otherwise indicated, does not include shipping, transportation, customs duties, insurance and other similar accruals that are borne by the Customer based on the amount of the order, and RCDE cannot accurately determine these amounts as they depend on local taxes and customs duties.



The Customer can choose from a series of payment methods:

The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers using the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) security system, so that RCDE do not see or record this data during the payment operation. At no time do RCDE have access to your accounts, nor are they able to charge your cards.


By choosing this form of payment, once the order is completed our website will redirect you to the official PayPal website where you can make the payment. When the Customer has made the payment, the order will be finalised and they will receive an email with the summary of their order.


Payment with cryptocurrencies is allowed, as long as the total amount of the order is equal to or greater than twenty (20) euros.

Payment with cryptocurrencies will be made through the payment platform managed by Alphapo (, the Customer accepting their privacy policy and general conditions when making the payment through said platform. For clarification purposes, the data entered by the Customer on this platform will not be transferred or made available to RCDE by the entity that manages the payment platform.

The cryptocurrencies with which the Customer can make the payment of their order will be those catalogued by Alphapo as valid cryptocurrencies to be used as a form of payment (hereinafter Valid Cryptocurrencies). The Customer understands and accepts that the circumstance may arise that some of the cryptocurrencies in their possession are not valid Cryptocurrencies, making it impossible to use them as a form of payment for orders placed on the RCDE website.

Alphapo will show the purchase price in the valid Cryptocurrency chosen by the Customer. Please note that the purchase prices for the order may vary depending on the country and the valid Cryptocurrency that has been chosen. When the Customer completes and confirms the payment, they accept that they agree with the price proposed by the payment platform.

The Customer accepts and acknowledges that cryptocurrencies as a means of payment have high volatility, which may affect fluctuations. RCDE are exempt from any responsibility in this regard at all times.

RCDE will not charge, nor pass on to the Customer, any charge or commission for the processing of the payment of the order in valid Cryptocurrencies.



The Customer has the right to withdraw the order placed within a period of 14 calendar days following receipt of the product. The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending an email to, containing the following information:

• I/We hereby inform you of the withdrawal from our purchase contract of the following goods (name of the product)

• Order and received number (order date)

• Customer name

• Customer address

• Customer's signature

• Date


In the case of withdrawal by the Customer, RCDE will return all payments received from the Customer, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, unless the Customer has opted for a special type of delivery, for example, ‘Urgent within 24 hours,’ in which case the consumer must pay the difference in costs between the two types of delivery. The return delivery costs will be borne by the Customer.

Said refund will be made through the same means of payment used by the Customer in the initial transaction. In the event that the means of payment used is a cryptocurrency, the Customer expressly accepts that the refund of the amount paid be in the Tether USDT cryptocurrency through the "Alphapo" platform, where the

refund will enter the wallet of the Customer, this figure being the reference value applicable at the time of the refund. If for any reason said refund cannot be made in the indicated cryptocurrency, RCDE reserve the right to proceed with the refund in any other stable cryptocurrency or legal tender.

RCDE may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the Customer has submitted proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must have, as far as possible, its original packaging and labels.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to:

Products made to Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. a replica shirt if a player or other person’s name is printed on it).

Sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection, and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Sound recordings or sealed videos if they are unsealed after delivery..




The Customer has 30 calendar days to exchange the product. If the Customer cannot go to the physical store at the RCDE Stadium at Avenida del Baix Llobregat, 100. Cornellà de Llobregat (08940) they must establish contact by sending an email to, to be directed to the steps to make the exchange.



RCDE guarantee that the product delivered is guaranteed against manufacturing defects during the guarantee period established in article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, applicable from the delivery date of the product. The guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear and tear.

In the event of the return of an incorrect or defective product, RCDE’s responsibility is limited to the replacement of the product or the reimbursement of the price paid, with return in both cases of the incorrect or defective product.

In the event that the Customer has returned a product based on an alleged defect or error in the product, and it is finally determined that there is no such defect or error, the return costs will be borne by the Customer.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law and in the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application thereof, both parties will answer to the courts and tribunals of the customer’s domicile.
